The REGISTRY ONLINE FORM is now OPERATIONAL. It had been offline since APRIL 12. I got the problem fixed early this morning and it is back.
If you submitted any changes, adds, or deletions between APRIL 12 and MAY 17 please resubmit your information.
I do apologize for taking longer than expected to get back online. The computer crash in late April had be scrambling to recover data.
